Its done and im on a chemo break till the 18th =] it went well in hospital no unexpected or unplaned hiccups so im home again and it feels grate. I have only arrived home in the last hour but thought i should write something seeing as i hvant in a few days.

Was a pretty quite couple of days in hospital just getting fluids and chemo. Im feeling quite good for a person just out of hospital besides a loss of appetite im really not felling bad at all. =] thanku u lord =]. The familys good and everyone is buzzing seeing as how school holidays are just around the courner less than 3 days for some of them. So the house will be full of children running around all day long and seing as its summer they may possibly be a water fight or 2 =p

1 more night

Today i was meant to be the day i was admited to hospital and have fluids getting redy for some chemo. BUT dont u love that word, the doctor said i could go home for one more night so im home and im loving the extra 24 hours i got with the family.

After the doc appointment and my drug infusion for the day. I was able to leave and go home!=] we stopped on the way to visit a family friend. And thinking about it going to there house was the only other place besides home and hospital ive been to in six weeks so a change of senery was good. After that we picked the kids up from school and came home. We had an awesome prayer meeting and good time a greate way to end the day.

Tomorrow im up for a rude and early wake up call seeing as i need to be in hospital by 7.30!! so i can be ready for thearter, im due a lumber puncher, bone marrow asperiate and chemo tomorrow, so its a big day.

The smoothest trip so far

Today worked like clockwork, Was up at 6.10, downstaris and doing devotions with dad by 6.25 and putting god first really does improve your day. After the devotions i made the kids lunches served up a breakfast of musli, yought, peaches, bananas and there was weet-bix and rasberry flavoring for the more simple or lazy of the bunch. After the tribe attacked the table removing all evidence that proved that there was once food on the table.(they actually ate quite well mannered even loaded the dishwasher as on there way to brushing there teeth.)

And just like that it was 8.10 and time for school. So they all piled into mums taxi service and headed for school. me I got ready for hospital. me and shekinah waited for the taxi due to arrive at 9.30. the taxi arrived and me and shekinah headed into hospital while mum went out to have some time to herself and vist some friends. I arrived in hosital exactly on time droped shekinah off at school and went up stairs and got my infusion of drugs for the day lol. Afterwards picking shekinah up from school as it finished. ordered the taxi and it was there in less than 2min and it was home ward bound from there. making to day the shortest and most efficent hospital trip.

We were blessed with a lovely dinner from the hala family of pizza and chinese takeaways. A big thanks to your family. We keep ravenous in our prayers every night praying that it will grow as a company. so this being the longest blog entry to date i guess ill say good night and god bless.

Im home!

The docs gave me the all clear so im home and back with the family(tribe). It was good to get some non air conditioned air in to my lungs and to feel the sunshine on my no bald head =p its amazing how things like sunshine and fresh air are d=so easialy taken for granted.

The plan is to only go into hospital monday wednesday and friday next week. so i get a good 6 days at home. Then if my counts are good start another round of chemo next monday.=p.
As allways thanks for the prayers.

D day (departure)

Doctors havnt been in yet but im hopefully going home, WOOP! woop! Im due a round of chemo today as well so we'll see how the day goes.Im going to try upadate this daily =p so dad suggested i put up a bible verse i like or read each day as well. so i thought i would.

"A merry heart does good, like medicine, But a broken spirit dries the bones."
-Proverbs 17:22 a

fitting bible verse dont you think??? i guess it means being neagative will get you no where, but being "merry" is good for you just like medicine. Its what the doctor ordered =p.
